The 30 gal Gas Stainless Steel Braising Pan (BLT-30G) is a large braising pan with manual tilt. The manual tilt is fixed with a worm and gear tilt mechanism that promotes complete emptying. A 5/8″ thick stainless steel clad plate across the cooking surface of this braising pan ensures that the entire plate is evenly heated, thereby cooking your foods uniformly across the board. A front-hinged pan body helps to control pouring and tilting, and is made from 10 gauge stainless steel for a long-lasting component.
